Bidder acknowledges and understands that no items may be returned after purchase. It is the bidders responsibility to determine age, condition, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor before bidding in this auction. The seller accepts no responsibility for the item after it leaves the auction location. No property will be removed until fully settled for. Items not removed within the scheduled removal times along with any payments received on those items will be considered forfeited. Please be advised that there is a 15% Buyers Premium, applicable sales tax. Any bidders who want to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the pre-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid at least 24 hours before the auction ends. MAXX AUCTION reserves the right to withdraw any items in this catalog on or before sale date.

Invoices will be sent within 1 hour of end of auction. NOTE: Cash payments will be accepted on designated checkout dates and times. Please be sure your credit card with Proxibid is up to date, as a $25 Decline Fee will be assessed.
